Feedback (Norwegian hiring norms)
Free- The CV runs to three pages. The Norwegian norm is 1–2 — the first two pages are what actually gets read.
- You list duties (“responsible for the till”), not results. Write what it led to: shorter queues, fewer errors, training new staff.
- Photo and year of birth sit at the top. In Norway that is neither required nor forbidden — on an open listing they take up space without giving you anything back.
Which language should you apply in?
